Personal Data is collected on our website by "Us", IE HyperFlux, a company registered under the laws of Kazakhstan, and has its main office at Microdistrict Mamyr 7, building 21, A10E9D2, Almaty, Kazakhstan.

For our clients who have signed up on our website, we process your Personal Data for the performance of the contract between us to provide our Service. For our newsletter, use case studies, testimonials, and other marketing materials, we process your Personal Data based on the express consent you provide for this specific purpose.

3. Disclosures

Personal Data relating to you collected on our website and/or applications are destined for Cpaytoday’s own use. They will not be forwarded to third parties, except Cpaytoday’s partners in order to obtain assistance and/or support in the context of carrying out the Service. Cpaytoday use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Your rights

Depending on your location and subject to applicable law, you may have a right to access, correct, and remove your personal data which you may exercise by sending us an email. Your requests will be processed within 30 days. We may require that your request be accompanied by a photocopy of proof of identity or authority. You are also able at any time to modify your Personal Data at by logging into your account and clicking on “User Settings”.

THIRD-PARTY DATA

In the context of using our Service, namely sending payments, you might share with us information contained in your address lists (such as recipient's wallet addresses, recipients' names, etc.), as well as the subject and contents of sent payments via the Service. In order to provide the Service, we store this data in your account.

As a creator of the payments list, you are considered the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR, and Cpaytoday is acting only as a data processor. In this capacity, you are responsible in particular for:

  • obtaining the explicit consent of the persons concerned when collecting their Personal Data.

  • making all the declarations necessary to the relative data protection authority.

  • complying with all current regulations in force, including the data protection laws.

  • ensuring your authority to use the Personal Data collected in accordance with the defined end purposes and refraining from any unauthorized use.

In no case does Cpaytoday sell, share, or rent out any of this information to third parties, nor does it use it for any purposes other than those set forth in this policy. We might have limited access to this data only for technical requirements and for the purposes of providing you with customer support.

DATA RETENTION

Cpaytoday collects data for the requirements of carrying out its contractual obligations as well as information about how and when you use our Service and we retain this data in active databases, log files, or other types of files so long as you use our Service. We store this data in accordance with the following data retention policy:

  • Events linked to your payments (such as "sends" or "clicks") are saved for 30 days.

  • Wallet addresses are kept 90 days after being sent.

We might retain some data for a longer period in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including but not limited to tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations. In all cases where we keep data, we do so in accordance with any limitation periods and records retention obligations that are imposed by applicable law.

DATA DELETION

Cpaytoday ensures that all users are able to delete their accounts on demand. This includes the deletion of related data. Users can ask to delete their accounts by contacting us. Our marketing communication might continue for a few days after the request.

We may perform spot checks in the event of a request for erasure. This is in order to verify the authenticity of the request, the possible impacts on our system, and/or in order to meet legal requirements. In the event that these checks take more than 24 hours, we will inform you by email.
